Our client, with whom we worked in partnership with a leading English University, is a leader in the world of telecommunications. It required a cross-cutting approach to a creative leadership training process for its Managers from all of the company's global subsidiaries in order to develop the next generation of leaders who would be able to manage the increasing complexity and ambivalence of the moment.

Through our well-constructed partnership, we were able to intervene in real and hypothetical business case applications in a concrete way, focusing on the creative problems and opportunities of day to day or medium to long-term development planning. This approach allowed the managers from all the different countries to share a common language and method, enabling them to develop their creativity when faced with challenges or when seeking new opportunities. By nurturing this change, the company was able to identify creative leaders for the next generation.
