Who is Business Impact Coaching for?
The course is aimed at coaches and managers who wish to:
- Raise their awareness and improve their capacity to generate sustainable change in organisations;
- Develop a "Business Impact Coaching" mindset at the service of their client/team;
- Acquire concrete tools to facilitate transformation processes.
Course duration
The course is spread over 2 days of experiential training:
- 16 hours of live sessions in presence or online
- 4 hours asynchronous
Program
The programme includes the testing of a group coaching methodology to address contemporary leadership challenges and thus support organisations in their transformation.
Main content:
- Developing an engagement and conversation model;
- Connecting effectively with customers and co-workers;
- Learning about the BIC - Business Impact Coaching Model, its applications (organisations and teams) and benefits;
- Developing your own area of intervention through an authentic leadership approach, integrated with creative leadership in the management of groups, in the service of change;
- Developing a systemic approach in change processes considering group dynamics, behaviours and patterns, as well as the role of stakeholders in the challenges to be overcome;
- Facilitating group accountability on key challenges through questions and coaching techniques;
- Generating sustainable change in the group through action plans.
