To whom it is addressed

Coaching is increasingly recognized as a powerful leadership practice for people development and management, and has become a rapidly expanding profession. Our path is particularly suitable for Managers, Trainers, Educators, Entrepreneurs and Professionals looking for a methodology that supports them in the processes of creative transformation, who want to enter the coaching profession or acquire some coaching skills to use in their professional/personal life, or who simply want to undertake their own path of growth and development.

Our proposal

Our Creative Coaching training program is aimed at learning the skills of coaching and to start the profession of professional coaches of various kinds, in accordance with Law no. 4 of January 14, 2013 and according to the guidelines of ICF, International Coaching Federation (www.coachingfederation.org).

This path is part of The Daring Factory™, the NSE School of Advanced Training focused on the development of creative leadership. For years The Daring Factory™ has been training and coaching leaders capable of guiding and facilitating creative change processes, accompanying people and organizations to discover and develop a new approach to thinking and doing.

With years of experience in creative thinking development, our training combines creative leadership practices with the most powerful tools of coaching to enable each person to bring new possibilities to life in themselves and in others.

At a glance

Program

The Basic Level of Creative Coaching includes experiential training sessions in videoconferencing in synchronous mode and / or in presence. International Coaching Federation - ICF approved coach specific training hours.

Training hours

70 hours of training in 5 months with constant supervision and feedback

Synchronous training (with faculty)  

58 hours in synchronous mode. The classrooms will take place in synchronous mode video conferencing with the following times:

+   Friday: 17.00 – 20.00

+   Saturday: 09.30 – 17.00

*  Dates may be subject to changes agreed with the participants

Training in asynchronous mode (coaching practice, research, individual insights)

12 hours in individual and group activities to be agreed upon together:

+   1 Individual research work on a specific area

+   Coaching practices outside the classroom too

Mentoring

10 hours of mentoring to support skills development

Our trainers

The training is held by experienced trainers, coaches with MCC (Master Certified Coach) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials.

Notes

The path also allows you to apply for the Associate Certified Coach credential issued by the International Coaching Federation (ACC portfolio path), if you meet all requirements. 

At the end of the path and passed a practical examination will be delivered a Certificate of Participation. A cognitive interview will be held where logistical information, costs and all the necessary details for participation will also be provided.

Payment policy

The cost of participation in the training course is 2.200 euro + VAT. The payment is divided in 3 tranches.
